This new Supplier Administration Program will assist AT&T and its suppliers in the consistent management of multiple pieces of Supplier information and in maintaining compliance with contract terms. Participation in the Supplier Administration and Self Reporting Program is mandatory for all suppliers who do business with AT&T. B ENEFITS TO SUPPLIERS One Central Repository: Secure central repository to provide information required to do business with AT&T. Save Time: Information stored in the repository is available to AT&T’s Contract Managers. This will save Suppliers time by reducing ad-hoc requests for such information. Compliance with contract terms : Participation in this program will help maintaining compliance with certain contract terms. For example, Suppliers will be notified of expiring certifications. Up-to-date Company and Contact information: Suppliers can ensure that AT&T has the most up-to-date information regarding their appropriate contacts. H OW TO REGISTER? Step 1 – Receive an invitation: Access to the Supplier Administration site is available by invitation only. Supplier’s contacts will receive an invitation email providing details of the program and information on how to register. If you believe your information with AT&T is incorrect, contact Customer Service at 708-236-2000. Step 2 – Login to the system: The invitation email will contain login credentials to access the site. Log in to the site to update your company’s information.
